Large new and modern basement apartment by the sea

In this place, your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Lovely hiking areas available without the use of transportation. If you are visiting Pulpit Rock you can drive your own car, 8-10 min, to parking space and start of the trip. If you prefer public transport, there is a bus 3 minutes walking from the apartment. Good swimming opportunities both in the sea and river a few minutes walk from the apartment. Sandvolleyball courts and sea trampoline as well as pub and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

The apartment is in a charming residential area with villa building. Located in a quiet area sheltered for noise and traffic. Welcome to Joa! Here you live centrally between Stavanger, Forus, Sandnes and Sola. The apartment is centrally located at Sinnes , with Sinnes Fjellstue, High and Lavt climbing park and Sirdal ski center nearby. The apartment is fully furnished. Parking in closed garage facilities.
