The chalet is beautifully situated against a mountain slope, with a beautiful view over the mountains and the valley, with the village of Stadl in the distance. The living area of the chalet is 100 m2, with a spacious and sunny terrace all around. In the immediate vicinity are the beautiful ski resorts of Kreischberg, Turracher Höhe and Obertauern.”

Paal 144a ski chalet

Our ski chalet is close to The Austrian Alps which means we are near several major ski resorts the nearest being the kreischberg ski resort, just a 7 minute drive away. The chalet is clean and modern and has everything you would need for a self catering holiday with the luxury of a family sauna and Jacuzzi bath tub. The chalet is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Please note there are extra charges for cleaning to be paid locally, see house rules below.

Around our quiet village of St. Sebastian (Carinthia), many routes and paths invite you to hike to the neighboring Magdalensberg or Christofberg. Hochosterwitz Castle is easily accessible on foot or by bike. By car, you can reach the district capital of St. Veit an der Glan in just 10 minutes or in 20 minutes to the state capital Klagenfurt am Wörthersee in just 10 minutes.

Holiday house in a secluded location and with a view

The cottage with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. Beautiful panoramic views of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal are available from the terrace. The location is perfectly suited for nature hiking and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are a 40-60-minute drive by car. The house has about 60 m² and also includes a sauna.

House with lakeview next to the woods

Great view of the lake and the mountains. Calm neighbourhood. The woods behind the house are ideal for hiking. Great for summer if you want to go to the lake and for winter if you like skiing. You are able to reach the closest ski lift in 10 minutes by car. Space for up to 5 people. There are 2 bedrooms and one pull out couch.
