New apartment near Sagrada Familia

HUTB 009406 Hi everyone! We are renting our nice and modern and centric apartment. It's sunny and quiet; perfect for couple and professionals! It's only 2 min walking to the metro station el Clot (line red and purple: 10 min for Catalunya square and only 4 min for la Sagrada Familia). In the same station is available the Renfe train to and from the airport of Bcn (30 min) The building (only five years old) is located in a nice zone, well connected with the touristic parts of the city and not so crowded. You can walk to the beaches of Poble Nou in about 20 minutes, and you are very close to the tower Agbar, the National theatre, the Encants market and every kind of store and restaurants. Beautiful , Sunny & Cozy near Mediterranean Sea

Poblenou is one of the best places to stay in BCN, the beach and City Center are very close and the hood has everything you might need! The apartment is a cozy, romantic & very sunny place, carefully decorated and has everything you might need... It has a private inner balcony and a bathtub in the living room! Two bedrooms (one open), a fully equipped kitchen and a double shower :) It is suited for couples (Honeymooners!) and for families with small kids, not for group of friends.
