This beautiful beachfront modern villa is located inside a protected biological reserve and right in front of the Pacific Ocean. It's built in one of the few places in Costa Rica where a house can be so close to the ocean. Minimalistic and spacious architecture, private pool and parking, amazing ocean and sunset views and all the features you would expect from a city house.
