This Villa, townhouse modern ( new ) opened in December of 2021 has 1 bedroom with a balcony with ocean view in the distance. Downstairs double sleeper sofa ,full kitchen , bathroom, and exterior common area shared with 4 other villas on property. Though occupancy is for 4 guests (max), this unit is smaller in size compared to the 4 other units on the property. Therefore, the ( price $ reflects/size of this unit ) A.L. is owner operated .
