Beautiful house & garden/ Preciosa casa con jardín

House with first quality finishes in all spaces, lounge carefully worked with modernist tiles made by Gaudí, kitchen Bulthaup, upstairs suite with rustic natural oak wood flooring, sleeping area with king-size bed, bathroom with original ceiling… It is a vintage house completely renovated with lots of light all day and with a large garden of 350 m2 to enjoy the relaxing area in the middle of the trees. Very close to the train station and only 15 minutes from Barcelona both by car and by train.

Nice apartment very modern with all the comforts to spend a magnificent stay. It has two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Intimacy between the two rooms. In the living room there is a very large and comfortable sofa bed. Perfect for 5-6 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, water heater, toaster, nespresso machine, cooking and cleaning utensils). You will also find sheets, towels, TV, welcome breakfast and WIFI (high-speed Internet).

Just imagine how amazing will be having breakfast surrounded by the sea while watching the sun rise and recreate a classic titanic moment at the prow while the sun goes down, sleeping with the sound of the waves and being in the most incredible location of Barcelona proximity ( El Masnou), a perfect place to fully disconnect and relax but at the same time so close to spectacular restaurants, bars and so much fun.
