The holiday home is located in Prora (near Baltic Sea resort Binz). The apartment is about 42m2 in size and maximum for a family with a larger child or an infant or max. 3 adults suitable. One bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bath is available. Parking space for CARS in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with BBQ. To the beach about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. In the fall of 2017 and in the fall of 2018 and 2020, there was a partial modernization.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. You can enjoy the fantastic landscape and the water on the Baltic Sea/Bodstetter Bodden. Direct beach location and view of the water. Upscale and modern amenities in a unique holiday complex. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, in the first row and direct view of the water. The two apartments from my advertisement are next to each other with their own equipment and views.

3 rooms (78 sqm), close to the beach

Wouldn't it be nice if the beach was just a few steps away and you still don't have to forego anything? The bakery where you can get the buns in the morning - just down the stairs. Good restaurants, Italian ice cream and the fish bun in between - around the corner. It is a holiday of the short distances where you can spend more time with what is the most fun on vacation: to relax and just enjoy the day.
