Beautiful right by the ocean.

Welcome to the coast, to the sea and the beautiful. This property is located as you can see directly by the sea. The property is modern and well-equipped and things that might delight the stay is a large private sauna, outdoor jacuzzi with sea view. Since the house is by the sea, there is a private jetty to swim from. Furthermore, there is a gas grill and a couple of different but large terraces with fatboys and hammock. To Sölvesborg it takes 10 minutes by car and to Sölvesborgs GK, this year's golf club, it also takes 10 minutes.

The lake house

House by Lake Betsede A comfortable and modern house on a lake plot with access to a jetty, rowboat and sauna house by the lake. Around the knot you have the water and nature. A fully equipped kitchen with utensils for cooking, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. On the terrace there is a barbecue along with a lovely outdoor furniture well shielded. Upstairs is the sleeping area with toilet and shower. Ceiling windows where you can see the trees in the morning. A place to enjoy, a place to start from and a place for a holiday.

Lovely cottage close to beach, fishing and golfing

Beautiful cottage with a closed nature ground and view to the golf course. Only 400 meters away from the beach with jetty. The house is very light with a combined kitchen and livingroom. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sauna and 1 extra WC. In front of the house there is a beautiful 100 m3 porch. The cottage is equipped with a satellite-TV, DVD-player, WI-FI, microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer in one. Futhermore there is an outdoor fishing cleaning space and a shed with a freezer.

A cottage with sauna, hot tube and open fire outdoors in the forest. Stuga med sauna, spabad och öppen spis utomhus. Modern nyrenoverad fastighet som håller hög standard. Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. Spacious rooms with great ocean view and overlooking the small village of Nøss. Newly built in the connection with an artist run gallery; Atelier Nøss. One large living room (underfloor heated) with open kitchen, sitting area, workspace and 4 m ceiling height with a large window facing the sea and window with sliding door facing the mountain behind the house. Small cabin of 14 m2 with everything you need. It is situated close to beautiful beaches, family-friendly activities such as swimming, beach volleyball, fishing, and not least fantastic hiking opportunities in the fields and mountains. We have kayaks that can be borrowed for free. Hammock and a fire pit. It is close to public transportation and a shop. The climbing park "High and low" is 5 min by car or bus.
