Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen, and a large living room with a sofa bed and a sunny balcony. The house is located in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to stay so centrally, sometimes you have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in high season. Restaurants, cafes, and numerous shopping opportunities within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

The 1-room flat + separate kitchen has been completely renovated and furnished with much love. Everything can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The three-story beach house has more than deserved its name, as it is really right on the beach/ sea. An unique location in the Baltic Sea town of Olpenitz. In addition, there is a large roof terrace with water views. The hot tub and sauna (with Baltic Sea/Beach view) are ideal for relaxing. The fireplace in the lounge room and underfloor heating provide cozy warmth and coziness on cold days.

Situated in the middle of the Wadden Sea National Park, this Cottage is the perfect base for exploration. The home has been stylishly renovated with modern features and amenities.
