Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

The new light-flooded terrace apartment in the heart of Lübeck has two beautiful rooms. Bathroom, furniture, kitchen and walk-in closet are new. Parking spaces are directly in front of the house. The spacious, sunny terrace invites you to linger in the countryside. Living space is about 50 square meters. The old town island, Wakenitz and the city park are in front of the door. The Baltic Sea is 12 km. Children and handsome pets are welcome.

A very warm welcome in the apartment "Domspatz". Apartment is in a prime location, very central, in the middle of the old town. Directly opposite is the listed third oldest house in Schwerins. On the spacious roof terrace you can enjoy the time with a glass of wine or a good coffee. The apartment is located in the lively center of the old town and restaurants are within easy reach in the immediate vicinity.
