We are located in an ideal spot on Seneca, with over 25 wineries on the East side of the lake, a golf course, you-pick fruit & flower farms, and 7 beautiful State Parks nearby! Though spending time lounging on the deck, dock, or in the huge hammock may be our favorite lake activity! Our 50ft of frontage is perfect for swimming! We recommend walking to the Lodi State Park, (~ .5 mile) it’s scenic and has a great playground! The house is spacious and bright, and we look forward to welcoming you!

We are right on the lake! The view is amazing and the atmosphere is serene and relaxing. Conveniently located. The fully stocked cottage is comfortable and offers a homey feel - clean, updated. Gas fireplace offers additional warmth & ambiance. Fabulous deck with amazing views! Dock/beach area with fire pit. Master bedroom - watch the sunrise right from bed! Family room has sofa bed, TV, internet, ice machine, kitchenette, bottled water dispenser, and refrigerator. Several steps from Cayuga Lake in the middle of the Cayuga Wine Trail. Very close to wineries, cideries, distillery, and beer garden. Lakefront (shared with owner) includes a propane grill, picnic table, kayaks, and dock for fishing or swimming. Easy walk down beach for children.

Welcome! Our year-around lakefront cottage features a new large deck perfect for family or friend get togethers. We have beach access on either side of the deck and 2 kayaks. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with a large deck, small side yard and a new balcony overlooking the water. You’ll be near many of the famous Seneca trail wineries & breweries. Lodi Point State Marine Park is 13min walk with a beach and playgrounds. Watkins Glen is about a 25min drive. Lots to see, do or relax:)

Located in the heart of the Finger Lakes right on the Seneca Lake wine trail, this charming A-Frame cabin is perfect for a lakeside getaway. Enjoy sweeping panoramic views from any room in the house! The sun rises from the east over the lake which makes for stunning sunrises either from the upper deck or down by the water. While the house and upper deck are on a bluff overlooking the lake, please note that there are 125 stairs which lead down to the lake front, dock and private cabana.
