Welcome to our charming home-we've taken all that's lovable from this 1920's English house & given it an upgrade. The house is situated in the lovely & quiet residential area of Elmfield in Ryde, only 2 km from City Centre & 1.5 km from the white sandy beach at Appley. We think you'll love staying here as much as we do especially if you're looking for a place with a home feeling rather than a holiday let. Our recently refurbished family cottage, located in a small village in the midst of the New Forest. Walking distance to a fantastic country pub and direct access to the forest for walking & cycling. Just a few minutes from the famous Furzey Gardens-ten acres of woodland filled with rare and beautiful plants. The house has three spacious bedrooms and sleeps up to six guests. There is a large mature garden & a relaxing conservatory. You'll often see deer grazing in the garden in the early morning.

A bright, relaxed family home in West Wittering village, a short walk from the famous sandy beach and the village pub. Suits an extended family group or 2 small families sharing. The amazing living space includes a large modern kitchen/family room, separate TV room and a large playroom with table tennis, pool table and lots of toys. A large garden surrounds the house and includes a shady eating area, a lovely south-facing sun deck, an hot shower, a fire pit and a play area with zip wire/ slide.

Despite this, it is in a quiet location and the house is light and airy with wonderful sea views. It is ideally suited to families with kids of all ages, couples and groups. Oak Tree Cottage is a barn conversion, beautifully renovated with wooden flooring, underfloor heating throughout and a double-height open plan living area. A very large homely seaside self catering flat.

Very close to the sheltered beach with beautiful sunsets, great views and lovely scenery. You’ll love our house because of the homely family atmosphere. We like to make your stay in our home feel like your home. We have a self catering flat with three bedrooms that can cater for up to 5 or a couple with up to three children plus a baby. We are situated near to bus routes and one of the ferry routes. The island is great for beaches, walking and mountain biking with numerous attractions.
