Our private room features 1 or 2 futon beds on traditional tatami floors. The shared areas include bathrooms, kitchen, dining space and a work/lounge/library area. The hostel Saruya Hostel opened in 2015 in Fujiyoshida, a city at the bottom of Mt Fuji. We renovated an 80 years old wooden house to create a place that allows our guests to experience time and space through carefully selected art, design and objects, mixing traditional Japanese inspiration with modern aesthetics.

This Listing is for our double room. OliOli Guesthouse is 3 a minute (200m) walk to Ohama Beach with cafe onsite open serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. OliOli is an ideal place for relaxing, recharging, meditation, yoga, and enjoying a quiet holiday by the seaside. Large, free car park is available onsite for all guests of the hotel and the cafe. In July 2015 we started as a share house with the concept of outdoor living near the Hamamatsu city center. There was a lawn space where camping and bouldering was possible and it was recognized as an unusual share house different from the ones already existing.
