Relax and unwind in The Annex, perfect for up to 6 people to enjoy some time in a home from home. A double bed upstairs and two sofa beds downstairs. The Annex is set in the 2 acre grounds of Coach House and offers a picturesque setting for all. Hamble river, with the Jolly Sailor Pub, you also have lots of restaurants and pubs close by to enjoy that perfect meal before heading back to relax in the hot tub. You also have the option to hire out a paddle board or inflatable rib to enjoy the river.

Self-contained annexe - own entrance & parking for one car. Close to Motorway, City Centre and Cruise Port (10 mins drive), both Universities, St. Mary's stadium, Ageas Bowl and Southampton Airport. 20 mins drive to Peppa Pig World. Bus stop and train station is a few minutes walk away. Buses are v.regular. Visit Historic Portsmouth Dockyard and the Cruise city of Southampton, this Grade II listed cottage is perfect to relax/explore or HotTub/Americas Cup/Cowes wk. Pubs within a very short walk or just go crabbing on the river with the kids. The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Cosy studio only a short stroll into the village.

A peaceful studio annex with a private entrance, ample parking and a small garden. Ideal for couples perhaps with children or just good friends. It’s a short stroll into the Village and marinas. Where you can lose yourself amongst great restaurants and cosy pubs or take the ferry (Pinky) across the river to Warsash and enjoy the beautiful country and costal walks. Hamble is a great place to enjoy the outdoors and in particular the water.
