The house is renovated since January 2022 and is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay .A balcony with amazing sea view and a yard with private access to the sea !. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .

This house was built in 2000 for a family to live and grow in peace and calm on a little hill with view of the island's old capital and the horizon. Newly renovated traditional house in Kato Chora - Serifos. Living room with a kitchen , 2 double beds , bathroom and a private patio. Can accomodate 4 ppl. Really quiet area with residents. Bars and restaurants aprox 5 min walking. Around to everything. There is street parking which is usually available (not guaranteed). Port is 5 minutes drive away or 20’ hike away. The beach only 5 min driving (1,3 km). The bus stop is 2 min away.
