Newly built villa near the sea and golf

The house is quiet, child-friendly and close to nature just south of Falkenberg, with barely 3 km to the nearest beach and with several beautiful beaches close by such as Skrea beach and Långasand. If you want to hike, there is Vesslunda nature reserve close by, and running tracks are nearby. Beautiful Falkenberg golf course is just over a kilometer away. For those interested in food, there are many options, for example, well-known Lilla Napoli. Ullared mall can be reached in half an hour. The house is new and fresh with all the comforts.

Cozy cabin by lake

Welcome to fresh cottage in an amazing nature with species-rich surroundings. The cottage is added to 30 m2 and has a combined living room and kitchen. One bedroom and one sofa bed. When you look out you have some views of the lake where you also have access to boat for fishing and swimming. Don't be surprised if you see both moose and deer passing by the cabin. Ullared is only 40 minutes away and you will find grocery store 20 minutes drive from the cabin. There are a total of 3 cabins in the area and we are renting out two of these.

Fresh and seaside home on Skrea beach

Welcome to our lovely home on Skrea beach in Falkenberg. The house is 60 square meters with open plan for kitchen and living areas. In addition, there are 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom. From the living room a generous wooden deck is reached where the grill is ready. On the plot there is also a farmhouse (Attefallshus). The house has 2 bedrooms of 12 sqm with hotel feel. Skrea beach is just a few minutes walk away. The house has wireless wifi and the possibility to park 2 cars. For electric car there is also a charging box.

Södra Näs - Varberg's gold position

Attractive location on quiet dead end street and only 200m to lovely sand beach and nature reserve. Large (1150 m2), limited space for play and games. There is also a lovely wood-burning sauna. Small office is available during the summer months (EJ Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keypad, WIFI/fiber. The cabin has two well-stocked terraces in the east and west. Cozy living room with fireplace, functional kitchen as well as fresh bathroom. 40 min Ullared/Gekås ENGLISH - no problem! DEUTSCH - kein Problem!

Welcome to Falkenberg and Skrea beach! At Styrmansgatan 21 you have a bathrobe distance down to the jetty by the hotel beach. Start with the morning coffee in the sun by the patio in the back. On the large terrace you will enjoy the sun from early lunch until the barbecue in the evening sun. Open plan with 2 living rooms, dining area and kitchen. 4 bedrooms on different levels. 400 meters down to the beach. 2 km walk along Ätran into town. Close to restaurants, ice cream café, dune bath and miniature golf. Welcome!

Live in peace surrounded by nature

Här är stugan som har ett gammalt svenskt stuk på utsidan men är fräsch och modern på insidan. Byggnaden är på 90m2, det finns 2 dubbelsängar, jacuzzi och allt du kan tänka dig behöva för att ha en trevlig vistelse. Självklart så är både stugan och jacuzzi redan uppvärmda när du anländer. Stugan är placerad i en väldigt trevlig miljö med ingen trafik och möjlighet att stöta på djurlivet från bekvämligheten av stugan. Det finns väldigt många aktiviteter i närheten. Husdjur är självklart välkomna.

With us, you live in our farmhouse Brygghuset. Please note that the cottage is located ON the farm where we ourselves live and operate business/work. Here in the yard there are cats, dogs, chickens, a rabbit and our three Icelandic horses. Wonderful farmhouse 4 km just outside Båstad . The farmhouse is located on a farm with Icelandic horses in a fantastic environment with beech forests. The house has a sleeping loft with two single beds. On the ground floor there is a sofa bed for 2 people . Nice living room with kitchen and fireplace . Large audible patio in all directions with outdoor furniture and Weber gas grill. Hiking , riding and biking trails can be found in the area .
