Denver's hottest, safest, walkable neighborhood: The Highlands/Berkeley! Modern, cozy lower level guest suite just three blocks from extremely popular Tennyson St. and across the street from Sprouts grocery store. Private bath, kitchenette, mini fridge, fireplace, and wifi. We are close to EVERYTHING: 20 minutes from Red Rocks, and under ten minutes from Downtown, Empower Field, and Ball Arena. This is a studio below our house that has a common entrance into our house when you first come in.

Pot is legal in Colorado so you may smell a faint odor of pot just sayin. My place is 23 minutes or 14 miles from Red Rocks amphitheater, 20 minutes or 13 miles from Dicks sporting goods Park, 11 min or 7 miles from Coors Field, 9 min or three miles to downtown Denver. Guests under 18 not allowed.

Our place is within walking distance of Bronco's Stadium, Meow Wolf, Sloan's Lake, and the Lightrail station, which can take you to the Pepsi Center or downtown in less than 10 minutes. We are conveniently located close to both I-25 and I-70, making the apartment a perfect starting point, whether exploring the city or the mountains. The place is cozy and nicely decorated, and accommodates up to 4 guests. You are welcome to spend time in the backyard, and we have a couple of bikes available.
