A light Three bedroom Two bathroom Lodge set in its own grounds in a very tranquil part of the countryside on the Powys and Shropshire Border between Montgomery and Bishops Castle. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this spacious Lodge with fabulous views Sleeping six people in one King room and two double rooms plus two bathrooms a large living room dining area, spacious kitchen with dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer. A Spa is now fitted for use with the Lodge. Coffee pods are XN1001 pods.

A delightful listed farmhouse on the edge of a small village in the spectacular Clun Valley. 'Wellfield Farmhouse' offers a warm welcome & has a wealth of period features. Large reception rooms with wood burners, cosy snug, & a family TV room offer a range of areas to relax in. A vast vaulted kitchen is well equipped with all amenities including an AGA. Beautiful bedrooms. Jacuzzi bath, sauna & swimming pool (June to September) (heated on request for extra fee ). BBQ & outdoor eating area. Wifi.

Countryside Lodge With Hot Tub & Large Garden

Suran-y-coed lodge is located in an isolated valley, with a private hot tub to enjoy great views of the open hills, dark night skies for stargazing, and stillness to listen to the bird song. Relax in your own garden with a babbling brook, woodland and space a plenty. We put up the Christmas decorations around the 14th Dec 2024, the photo is of last years decorations. There are electric car charging points 9 & 13 miles drive from the farm, no charging from the lodge to the car is permitted.

Roost Retreat, cabin on hill farm with valley view

If you want to get away from it all this Single room cabin is located in a remote mid Wales. This working, carbon negative farm has Outstanding views all round with lots of footpaths and offas dyke or just sit back and enjoy the sound of nature. With the church of St Marys and the battle site of 1402 and a the remains of a Saxon castle all at the bottom of hill at Pilleth. The market towns of Presteigne and Knighton 6 miles, Hay on wye, Ludlow, Bishops castle and the Elan Valley 20 miles.

Things to know -Access is via a steep gravel track with a hairpin turn. To embrace your inner adventure, we highly recommend bringing a 4x4. We ask that all drive a 4x4 in winter. Vans will not be able to access the Farm. -You will need to follow the check-in details provided to find us, so be sure to keep those handy. -We love to provide our guests with our farm's top quality produce. High above the dyfi valley , barn conversion holiday cottage with spectacular views of the dyfi valley and cader idris. Off grid, powered by wind and the sun. Sleeps 8 in three double beds, and two single beds. Two Ground floor bedrooms (double and twin) , one loft bedroom with double bed and a mezzanine sleeping area with a double bed above the main living space. Bathroom and wet room on the ground floor. Great Walking, Mountain Biking and Trail Running trails from the doorstep.

Studio 5 - Farm Open Plan Studio.

Studio 5 is an open plan room with king size bed, basic kitchen and lounge with tv & dining area. A great space to relax and recharge after a busy day exploring. If an additional guest is booked an extra pull out bed or fold out mattress is provided. There is no mobile signal at all on the farm. WiFi is available. There is underfloor heating, basic sky tv and an outside patio area with table and chairs. Dogs must be booked in & we charge £10pn and £50 for up to a week.

Escape from the world on a 250 acre Welsh organic mountain farm. You can book the beautifully renovated 4 bedroom modern bungalow. Relax in the covered hot tub. Enjoy the salt room. The large contained garden has a fire pit. There is an efficient log burner in the living room. You can use the whole farm - there are some fantastic views from the top. Children and pets especially love the mountain streams. We accept up to 2 well behaved pets.
