Best combo for peace & quiet and activities!

Lovely family place, open spaces overlooking the 18th century mill. Well equipped kitchen, a paradise for cooking! Sauna and access to small swimming area, rowing boat and 4 canoes (Canadian). Large deck, 2 barbecues. Small football field with 2 goals. Large trampoline (without net), ping pong table, proximity to berry and mushroom forest. 5 km to golf course, possibility to borrow golf clubs, 2 people. Wifi, two TV corners. Modern house on the sea plot with a private jetty secluded location

You will love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning till night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, wildlife. The house was built to make you feel you are in the middle of the countryside but indoors. Feel free to take forest hikes in the near area. You can get to the house with the motorboat with a 4 hp rowboat, which is included, as it is about a 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Little house in Åby

Peaceful newly renovated house with old-world charm. 2 separate bedrooms, livingroom and kitchen - Total 72 square meters. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, as well as cleaning. Secluded location without visibility at the back of the plot of a large lush garden with its own raised part of the garden with lawn by the house, with barbecue and a small covered patio. The house is in an old villa area with a walkway to shops and restaurants. Åby is close to both Norrköping, Kolmården Zoo, lakes, forest and the sea.

Rural and nature home

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Here you live in the countryside with animals and nature close by. The house is located on our farm and on the farm there are sheep. pigs and chickens.. The house is newly renovated with 3 large bedrooms upstairs. On the ground floor there is a newly renovated kitchen, large bathroom and TV room. The house has beautiful views of rolling fields and a large garden with a covered patio. 5 minutes drive down to Söderköping and 20 minutes to Norrköping.

Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

10 km north of Norrköping . Proximity to, Kolmården zoo, Astrid Lindgrens Värld ca 12 mil, bathing lakes, fishing (boat, kayaks available) hiking & cycling trails, Yxbacken (Skis). The cottage there is a bedroom with a doublebed & sofa bed for 2 people in the livingroom. There is additional room for 2p in the guesthouse. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower & washing tv, wifi. Patio with outdoor furniture & grill. Large lot. Verry child friendly. Bed linen & towels SEK 200/person

Welcome to ocean paradise in Norrköping

Welcome to our paradise on Djurön, just 15 min away from Norrköping city and right across the water from Kolmården Zoo. Enjoy the wild and peaceful area with 100m down to the ocean and our little beach with nice swimming. Beautiful walking trails around the area. Kayaks, SUP and grill for borrowing. We also have a nice fire pit for grilling over open fire. Fully equipped cabin, suitable for two people. But we have blow up beds for kids that works for putting in the living room.

Hej / Hello! Welcome to our quaint and beautiful house right next to Lake Mälaren! Our house is located 1h 30 min drive from Stockholm, or 13 minutes from Eskilstuna downtown. Cozy cottage in older style, just the right size for 5 people. Travel cot available for the little ones. Pets are not welcome, no smoking indoors. Bring the whole family to the tranquility of the countryside. Let the kids run out on the grass outside the door and play. Access to trampoline and part in garden. 30 minutes to Kolmården Zoo, 15 minutes to Skärgårdspärlan Arkösund as an example. Bed linens are available to borrow for a small fee.

Idyllic location near the water and Stockholm City

Oasis near the water, close to the city centre in quiet and family friendly neighbourhood. "Small village"-feeling in Bromma, the closest villa suburb to Stockholm. The house is close the water, beaches, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, shops, playgrounds, public transportation and close to the city center: 12 min by tram to nearest subway station where you go downtown in 5-10 min.
