The house is 250 sqm and has five bedrooms, 12 beds, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Large hot tub for 7 people (winter heated), wood-fired sauna on the jetty, electric sauna indoors. When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. Perfect for a luxury spa weekend or a creative meeting with the colleagues at the company.

In the most southern part of Stockholm archipelago you will find our cosy little "bush retreat" at Torö/Svärdsö, 10 min drive from Torö stenstrand (pebble beach). Feel free to use our surfboards and go for a surf, use our rowing boat only, 10-15min walk from the cottage! 10-15 min drive to Nynäshamn where you can find almost everything and hang out in the harbor during the summer or if you want to explore Stockholm city, it is only 40-50 min drive. The busstop is only 100 meter from the cottage!

Designer cottage w/ one main house, (70m2) and a garden house, (20m2) and large private garden with heated spa bath. Ideally located just 25 minutes from Stockholm Skavsta Airport, 1 h 20 min from Stockholm and 5 minutes from the ocean. Very close to beautiful hiking trails and forrest.
