A New England inspired seaside house built in 2020 located with a large deck in a brilliant south facing position. Offering the best of Swedish nature and sea only 50 minutes from Stockholm C. Between the trees the sea sparkles and it takes only a few minutes to walk down to the water where you will find sandy beach with swimming jetty, playground, swings and barbecue area. You will find the hot jacuzzi in the large terrace for those a little colder days or those who fear the sea's cool. It takes about 5 minutes into Trosa city center by car.

Lilla Björnhagen consists of three rooms and a kitchen. Fully equipped bathrooms and drinkable water in both kitchens and toilets that are pumped directly from the limestone quarry on Oaxen. Large architect-designed villa by Lake Mälaren, with magnificent views and your own dock, large hot tub and two saunas. The house is 250 sqm and has five bedrooms, 12 beds, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Large hot tub for 7 people (winter heated), wood-fired sauna on the jetty, electric sauna indoors. When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. Perfect for a luxury spa weekend or a creative meeting with the colleagues at the company.

Modern house on the sea plot with a private jetty secluded location

You will love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning till night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, wildlife. The house was built to make you feel you are in the middle of the countryside but indoors. Feel free to take forest hikes in the near area. You can get to the house with the motorboat with a 4 hp rowboat, which is included, as it is about a 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Our hideaway in Sund outside Trosa is peaceful and completely out of sight on a hill overlooking the lake Sillen. You will find three patios at different levels facing south. Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime. For the curious, look at Instagra m; PipershouseSweden. There are often dogs in the house so you will see dog beds.🌸

Good fishing opportunities. The cottage is situated in quiet area with a nice hiking trail nearby. The nearest café and a small shop is about 3 km away. The nearest store and restaurant (with all rights) are located in Vårsta, 14 km from the cottage. Lida outdoor area is 15 km away and offers many activities.
