Nice apartment w/rural surroundings close to the city center

Simple, rural and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. Short walking distance to shopping center Madla amfi, as well as grocery stores such as REMA 1000 and Bunnpris (750 meters/9 minutes). 400 meters walking distance to Madlaveien/by clarion Hotel Energy where you can take a bus to Stavanger city center. The buses run every 15 minutes and take about 8 minutes to drive to the city center. Shared parking space on own property. Host can pick up guests at airport. Host can also drive and show them around if convenient.

Beautiful residence, close to great beaches good for surfing

Centrally located in the middle of a rural setting is this great big house. Gives you a break from stress and city life, but is also very central, only 10 minutes from some of the best surfing beaches in Northern Europe. The house is located a few hundred meters from one of Norways best rivers for fishing wild salmon, Figgjo river. Within 30 minutes can get to urban places like Sandnes, Bryne and Stavanger. Månafossen and Pulpit Rock are only 1h. The house is suitable for everyone, but especially for families with children!

Single-family home with good standard. Walking distance to Sola beach ( 7 min), Sola golf club is located and beer mountain frisbee golf. The property has about 400 km2 garden, trampoline ( in season) and proximity to forest and hiking areas. Sola center takes about 8 min by car. about 15 min to Stavanger. Possibility for EV charging in garage. Guests have access to 2 bedrooms that will be prepared with bed linen included in the price. Baby cot is provided for needs. Large patio surfaces upstairs and downstairs.

Beautiful home in Stavanger

The house has a newly renovated, stylish bathroom with heating cables in the floor. Cozy house with a personal touch. The house has a large, sunny, flowery garden with berry bushes, two terraces and a playhouse. Lots of parking space. Fire place. Outdoor garden house= extra living room. Good barbecue possibilities. The house is located near the fjord, the sea and lovely hiking areas. There are beautiful beaches in the immediate area, only approx. 5-10 minutes walking distance from the house.

Great apartment with parking and garden

Welcome to Joa! Here you live centrally between Stavanger, Forus, Sandnes and Sola. Short trips to most places: -4 min walk to grocery store -8 min drive to Sola airport -5 min walk to bus stop (direction Stavanger city center < - > Sola airport) - Short drive to the unique jar beaches and all they have to offer Relax in the bathtub, make a good meal in the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoy the cozy mini garden outside in this quiet and family-friendly area. Peaceful place in a central location. The apartment is located close to Amfi shopping centre, good bus connections and almost midway between lake and beach. Good hiking areas. There is a playground nearby. There are some toys in the apartment for children over 3 years old. Answers to questions from people that want to rent: Rents out with soap, toilet paper, bed linen, towels and more. Hot water is included and there is heat in the apartment.

Completely newly renovated apartment in 2022, with parking

We have free street parking. If you dont have a car there is one bus stop 5 minutes away from the apartment, it takes 8 minutes to the city center. It is also a nice walk that takes 30-40 min. Do you enjoy walking we are right next to Stokkavannet. If you want to go to Preikestolen, the busstop is 15 minutes from our house to walk. To get from the airport to the apartment, you can take Flybussen, which stops 15 minutes walk from here.

Pedestrian apartment on farm available for short or longer rental. The apartment is non smoking. This has a separate entrance, and is located in quiet surroundings with about 250 meters to the beach. About 5 km to Sola city center and Stavanger airport. Just over a mile to bus stop, (25 min walk) Pets such as a cat, dog or equivalent are not allowed in the apartment.
