That may cause during these months construction noices during daytime, when it is closer to the apartment. Limited access to the beach. This apartment is located front line magaluf beach perfect for families and couples. This villa with private pool and garden is located within walking distance (1 km) of Port Adriano and the beach of El Toro. It features an open-concept lounge with full equiped kitchen and pool view. The pool terrace is equiped with comfortable sunbeds, umbrellas and a barbeque. The inside has been fully renovated in June 2017. The house is 150 sqm large in a 500 sqm plot located in a residential quiet area. Pool is 30 sqm large. Quietness of the environment needs to be preserved.

Palma, jacuzzi, pool, near beach, no car needed,

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.

Fantastic Villa in El Terreno

Our beautiful house is located in a very interesting and trendy area of Palma: El Terreno. It has excellent proximity to attractions and very good bars and restaurants. It is a 15 min walk into town center (cathedral....) and a 5 min walk to the marina. In the Marina you will find many good restaurants and if you want, you will have also a lot of pubs and discotheques.
