The penthouse which is centrally located close to everything you need for a sunny summer day, cosy evenings with friends on the balcony, or why not light the lights and cook good food at the round table when the storm wines outside on a winter afternoon. The harbor's entertainment with restaurants & cafés is only 4 minutes away and for the swimmable, there are fantastic swimming areas within 10 minutes walking distance. The sea is always close & the big grocery store is just over 1 minute from the apartment. Parking included.

Close to Smogen, private fresh house.

Your company will be close to everything when you live in this relatively centrally located accommodation in Kungshamn. At the end of the street with 2 mountains on each side, perfect for short dog walk, meditation or watching the sunset. 10 min walk to jetty for swimming or restaurant as well as 10 min to Smögen bridge. 3 bikes to borrow. 3 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed as well as a 140-width sofa bed, plus another room that is empty, brought air mattress would work. Plenty of space for parking.

You will have access to the entire house which is well equipped for your stay, whether you want to swim, play golf or hike. Modern building with a sense of decor and details. Bovallstrand harbor and the badholmarna are only a short walk away. Relax the secluded back with a cup of coffee in the morning or a barbecue night with friends at night. Small cottage with sea view and close to swimming

Welcome to my little paradise. Close to nature accommodation with both the sea and animals/bird life outside the window. Patio with seaview. Close to swimming, really nice hikes, historical sites, art school, artists' collective workshop, artist cafe (on weekends and all days in summer.) Also close to famous tourist resorts such as Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Grebbestad, Fjällbacka. Lillstugan is newly built and is next to the residential house. Lugnt area, most part year accommodation.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Knappt 1 mil norr om Lysekils sommarpuls ligger detta väl skyddade boende knappt 10 minuters gångavstånd från vattenbrynet eller ca 15 promenad minuter ned till Skalhamns by och hamn. I en superfräsch och nyuppförd lägenhet på ca 55 kvm ovanpå vårt nya garage finner ni all komfort med närhet till Bohusläns vackraste skärgård. På 20 min promenerar ni ned till Basteviks moderna marina med dess populära pub och restaurang.

Panoramic seaside cabin

Beautifully located authentic cabin close to the sea in the little fisherman’s-village of Bovallstrand, on the Swedish west-coast. The house has a unique overview of a valley and river, running into the sea. The tranquility of nature can be enjoyed while still being very central and close to shops. Mysig lägenhet med 2 sovrum på bottenvåningen i sekelskifteshus. Läget är centralt i Kungshamn bara 200 meter från hamnen med restauranger och affärer. Här avgår även båtar till Smögen och Hållö. Gångavstånd till bad. Egen altan med utemöbler och grill. Vänligen notera att städning ej ingår. Bäddset och handdukar är möjligt att lägga till för 150kr/person.
