Biarritz, nice house with garden & parking

Stone House is a tastefully renovated, quiet little house set in a quiet & very pleasant area with all the amenities on foot. It benefits from a pleasant living room with kitchen open to the living room, 2 pretty bedrooms including one with double bed (140x 200) dressing room & the other with a double bunk bed at the bottom & single at the top, a bathroom with toilet, spacious garden. We no longer accept dogs due to bad experiences. 2 private parking spaces.

Nice T4, at the back of a house, overlooking the forest and 10 minutes from the beach and Bayonne. Private swimming pool is open and heated June to September. Terrace and enclosed garden. Functional kitchen, open to the living space. A toilet is located on the RDCH. The floor is composed of three bedrooms, 2 of 13m² (large wardrobe and double bed) and 1 of 11m² (storage and two single beds). The bathroom of 6m² is bright and also has a toilet.
