With your feet in the Kommetjie sand you can enjoy breath-taking views or challenge yourself to swim in the ice-cold Atlantic Sea. This front row beach house is a must visit for any romantic getaway, family holiday or just relaxing by the sea. This is a very modern and private 3 bedroom beach front villa with a sparkling pool to cool off in, a cosy fireplace to warm your heart on those winter nights, secluded verandas around the villa to relax under and a chef's kitchen to bring out the master chef in you. On top of it all you have direct access to the beach with the sea right on your doorstep from where you can surf the waves or walk the beach ! This is an ideal location for photoshoots. Take a bottle of wine and sit on your own private dune watching the beautiful African sun set. Wifi and a TV with Netflix is also available for your entertainment. You will have full access to the villa, pool and direct access to the beach. The garage/laundry and room above the garage is private. I'm only a call away. This jewel is located in Klein Slangkop Estate, Kommetjie, Cape Town and is right on the beach. It is on the Cape Town Southern Peninsula, with access to the Cape Point Nature reserve, Fishhoek, and Simonstown a mere 20 minute drive away. From Kommetjie several scenic routes will take you to Cape Town CBD and Waterfront, the Winelands or to the most famous beaches in RSA. "Ou Kaapse weg" takes you over the mountains to Cape town's Southern suburbs such as Constantia and Tokai and onwards to Kirstenbosch. The other famous and beautiful "must do" Chapman's peak drive towards Houtbay and Clifton is clearly visible from your villa.

Open bathroom with a jacuzzi in the master bedroom, flat entirely newly refurbished. The flat is in the first floor and facing one of the world's best kitesurfing spot Dolphin beach. Free parking space right under the flat, storage available, wetsuit hanger, gas barbecue, lounge bed and a jacuzzi in the main bedroom.

Beach house, Hermanus. Mountain and sea views.

This vacation home is perfectly situated in the heart of Voelklip in Hermanus. The house is a 5 minute walk from Grotto beach and the iconic restaurant, Dutchies. The house has beautiful mountain and sea views from both the lower and top deck, with seating on the top deck that is ideal for sundowners. This beach house is a large families dream (It's even perfect for two families sharing). With two kitchens , two lounge areas, and two braai areas there is plenty of space for everyone to relax.
