Even though this luxurious executive penthouse is in the heart of the city, it's high up and open to the expansive vistas far and wide. Coming home in the evening, (after a long day of conferences at the brand new Convention Centre opposite perhaps?) relax on the balcony with a G'n'T and watch the glorious sunsets over the sea. Walk to the Oval

Return from a nature walk and recharge in an airy room made bright by skylights in a high ceiling. Share a bottle of wine on a private patio in the evening. Follow a hallway lined by framed artwork to a carpeted bedroom for a peaceful night's sleep. Eat out at nearby restaurants and pubs, or cook in the fully equipped kitchen and well-stocked pantry. High ceilings, louvred windows and bi-fold doors that open to the outdoor courtyard add to the sense of space. A separate bedroom has a queen-sized bed and plenty of room to unpack. If necessary an extra person can be accommodated on a swag (comfortable high-density foam mattress on the floor) in the living room. An extra charge of $35 per night applies for an additional guest. We have a fold-up cot for babies, and bedding, provided at no extra charge. Furnishings and fittings are stylish and individual, creating a warm, welcoming home from home. Cooled by natural ventilation and ceiling fans or air conditioning in summer, the flat has gas heating to warm you in winter. There's free wi fi, radio, TV and an excellent bluetooth speaker for your music. The Adelaide Parklands and the River Torrens are a few minutes' walk away, and a free bus departs hourly from a stop just around the corner. More buses and taxis can be hailed a block away on Melbourne St. And for those who don't mind a walk, the Festival Centre, Adelaide Oval and North Tce are easily reached on foot. There's free undercover parking and the bathroom doubles as a laundry, with a front-loading washing machine and dryer, plus iron and ironing board. There's a fully functioning kitchen with essential pantry supplies including tea, coffee and milk. Check in is easy, and if I'm unable to greet you personally, I'm just a phone call call away and happy to provide guidance on what to do/where to go in the neighbourhood and the city. The apartment is in North Adelaide, an area with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and pubs—and the natural beauty of parklands on the doorstep. Walk to the Fringe and Adelaide Festival events in 15 minutes, and reach the city centre in 20. Or catch a free bus just around the corner. Free buses to the city depart half-hourly from just around the corner, or there are regular city buses every 15 minutes or so departing from the stop on Melbourne St a few minutes away. Or you can easily hail a cab there. Adelaide Airport is a $25-$30 cab ride away. We have a portable cot and bedding available for guests travelling with babies.

Kick back in a charcoal-gray armchair with a fortifying coffee at this airy, modern home before heading out for an action-packed day in the city. Gather for a relaxed dinner out on the covered patio, then step into the bath for a restful soak. Other things you can expect: The entire house is yours! Free WIFI Smart TV with Netflix Writing desk Self check in Central heating/cooling (AC) Fridge Tea/coffee making Iron and ironing board Wardrobe space to hang your shirts Off-street parking Clothes washer and dryer machine Key locked private room This 'entire house' booking includes a large, spacious open-plan living room, kitchen and laundry. The toilet is separate to the rest of the main bathroom. There is a green backyard with an outdoor setting to enjoy a breath of fresh air or a glass of wine. The garage will be locked for storage, as are 2 bedrooms. I give my guests space but am available (in-person or over the phone) when needed throughout your stay. Adelaide’s city centre is 10 minutes away by car or 20 by bus. An easy 10-minute walk will reach Adelaide’s Linear Park, a cycling/walking track that winds its way from the Adelaide Hills through the city, then to the beach. 10mins by car/Uber or 20mins by bus to Adelaide’s city centre (It’s a 2 minute walk to bus stop 15 on Payneham Road). Nearby gyms include Goodlife Payneham, Anytime Fitness Campbelltown and the ARC Recreation Centre Campbelltown (where there is an indoor pool, gym and courts). While most shops close by 9pm on weekdays, IGA Campbelltown is open until midnight for the late night grocery run or other needs. If your family is coming to visit you during your stay, you can also upgrade to 2 bedrooms which sleeps up to 5 people. The Library Loft-amazing views and pool, loft stay

Stay in our spacious loft. Please note: NO SMOKING. The apartment is a few meters away from the main house, but very private. Views to the sea and city. It has an en-suite, kitchenette with sink, bar fridge, induction cooktop, electric grill, convection microwave, Nespresso pod machine and essential items. Pool and spa are available on request. Breakfast provisions and snacks provided to make your stay even better! Close to services but a hills retreat where you may hear koalas and Kookaburras.
