Winner of the 2015 AIA design award-the structure by architect Tim Cuppett houses a 3-car garage and a one bedroom apartment upstairs. It has 2 balconies, one with a city view. One garage space is used for covered fresh air dining or as a work space. Guests have access to the apartment, balconies, a garage for vehicle, and the 3rd fresh air garage space. I like to give my guests their space, but I’m always available by phone or text. This light, modern apartment is steps from Whole Foods, art galleries, restaurants, shopping, Book People, and downtown Austin.

This 500 square foot, newly-built, modern apartment has soaring, peaked ceilings and tons of natural light. The apartment comes fully furnished with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, all-new appliances, hardwood floors, and blackout shades. There are parks, walking trails, shops, an H-E-B grocery store, a movie theater, and restaurants all within walking distance. It's a ~10 minute drive to get downtown.

New Modern One Bedroom Apartment

Modern upstairs garage apartment! Located 6 miles from downtown, 5 miles from UT, 8 miles from the airport, 2 miles from shops, restaurants, parks, and more at Mueller. We highly recommend checking out Hanks, which is less than a mile away for good food and drinks! This apartment doesn’t share any walls with the main house and has its own entrance.
