The village of Fontmell Magna is in a conservation area and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a dark skies reserve. It is discretely located in a beautiful rural setting just two miles from the centre of the City of Bath. We are a short walk to local pubs and shops and ideally positioned for walkers and cyclists with safe bike storage available. For those who want to relax you can just sit back and enjoy the stunning panoramic views from the spacious deck.

Beautiful Shepherds Hut - Private Garden and Views

Set on a working farm, Shepherd's Rest is the perfect place to come and enjoy the glorious views and piece and quiet of Exmoor. With plenty of local attractions to visit. The Hut has an open plan living and sleeping area, a basic kitchen which includes a two ring gas hob a kettle , toaster and fridge , and a shower room with toilet. Outside there is a garden with a seating area and a fire pit . There is a parking area close by the Hut . I will accept one dog at the cost £20 for the stay.

Self contained bliss. A unique Shepherds Hut with it's own shower/wc. Comfortable double bed. Quiet, cosy & very restful. Close the door on the outside world for a while and totally relax enjoying the views from the bed & admire the dark starry sky at night. Lovely. Warm & cosy at all times with a super woodburner.
