Rustic stand alone studio unit in new condition and a handy location. Situated approx. 3.5km from town centre with a country feel. Suitable for a couple or two singles (as fold down sofa on bottom level). Close to cycle and walking tracks, lake, river and vineyards. Approx. 40 minutes to Queenstown and Wanaka, 20 minutes to Clyde and Alexandra. Small Dogs (must be non sheding) allowed inside Large Dogs must be outside (it is an enclosed fenced area) - not to be left unattended.

The place is the best we’ve been to yet! You guys are nailing it. glad we picked this one! Semi self contained unit, Rustic wooden cabin type, modern warm, air conditioning. Great views to sit and relax in evening, can look out of window and see ski area in winter, quiet, simple, comfortable. Beds can be set up as large queen or two king singles. simple basic kitchenette, microwave, jug, toaster, small bench grill. House BBQ also available . 日本語でも対応させていただきます。

Modern warm guest house with large deck looking right on to the park. On clear nights amazing stargazing over Mt Iron. The guest house has two large bed rooms. One with Queen with ensuite and the other with Queen bed and own bathroom over the hallway. Large open plan kitchen, living and dinning. Log burner and or heat pump to stay nice and cosy. Loacted a quick 5 minute drive to down town Wanaka. Washing machine is in garage, on request. Just message owner.

Just a short easy 15 min drive to Wanaka , 35 mins to ski fields , 35 mins to Cromwell , 1 hr to Queenstown Surrounded by stunning mountain and rural views . So quiet and peaceful We have Sheep , chickens , and a lovely friendly cat Please note, fencing is sheep fencing only so children will need to be supervised when outside - thanks
