Lge family home, hot tub, beach 5 min walk, Slp 11

Gorleston has a long sandy beach with a children's splash pad in the summer and boat pond. Excellent walks for dogs. Lighthouse View is 5 mins walk from this wonderful beach. Lots of nearby pubs, restaurants, softplay and a fairground. The house sleeps 11 plus 2 babies (I supply 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs). The house itself has 5 large bedrooms (2 with views of the sea), kitchen, family room, sitting room/dining room, garden and hot tub. There is parking for 2 cars at the back of the house.

Bunting - a lovely seaside cottage with garden

Built in 1905, Bunting is a cosy cottage in the heart of Southwold, which is surely the epitome of the traditional English seaside resort. The cottage was completely remodelled inside in 2019, and the garden was landscaped with a coastal theme in June 2020. It is opposite a lovely park with children's swings, next to St Edmund's church. Southwold's famous beach, lighthouse, Edwardian pier and high street with its high quality shops, pubs and restaurants are all less than five minutes walk away.

The fully equiped open plan kitchen diner, leads out through bi fold doors onto a patio and lawned garden, perfect for outdoor entertaining. Relax in the lounge on the 2 large sofas watching your favorite programme on the Smart TV. Upstairs you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1x KS with ensuite, 1 x DB and 1 x QS (zip and link bed ), all with smart TVs. The family bathroom is complete with a luxury rain shower.

**Discounts available for single or couple bookings** East Cliff House is a beautiful Victorian cottage with glorious sea views within easy reach of both the beach and high street. Southwold's beach and famous beach huts are just a few off-road steps away and the high street with its independent shops, pubs and eateries are just round the corner. I genuinely love hosting and I prepare the house myself making sure that each guest is carefully catered for and has a very special stay.

Guests will have the use of the whole house, garden, patio and conservatory.
