This contemporary, clutter-free house is nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood between the Truckee River and hills. Located 5 miles west of downtown Reno, it is in a great location for accessing all that the Reno/Tahoe area has to offer. It is the closest Reno neighborhood to Northstar, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and many of the other Tahoe ski areas. Enjoy the benefits of Reno prices and weather and quickly get out to the mountains! The hot tub will up and running in mid-October.

It has 2 bedrooms, with 3 beds that have memory foam mattress toppers, the second bedroom has an additional door going outside. Our kitchen has all the modern conveniences with tea and coffee. The living area has WIFI, a 52" smart TV, a Kenwood sound system, cozy furnishings. The charming grounds have glorious gardens and seating to relax and enjoy the scenery.

The house is in the heart of the Old Southwest (Newlands) area of Reno, close to California Street, the airport, Nevada Art Museum, the Truckee River, and nightlife. A delightful, tree lined street, in the very walkable and friendly " original Reno" neighborhood. A deck off the dining room - on the sunny southside, .....distinctive furniture and ..wifi internet download speed of 400 MB! The internet service is always on and cannot be turned off by guests.

This apartment is in our backyard, above our detached garage. We are located in the quaint, beautiful neighborhood of Reno that the locals call "the old Southwest". It is very close to Midtown, which has an abundant variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife. We are located near parks and the Truckee river.
