Willkommen im charmanten Ferienhaus in Utting am Ammersee, nur 10 Gehminuten vom See entfernt. Utting bietet Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Seebad, Klettergarten, Bootsverleih, Minigolf, Biergarten und Tennis. Geschäfte, Bäcker und Cafés sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das geräumige Ferienhaus ist ideal für Ausflüge nach München (40 Min.), Augsburg (45 Min.) und in die Alpen (ab ca. 1 Std.). Der Bahnhof ist nur 5 Min. entfernt. Entdecken Sie die Schönheit des Ammersees und der bezaubernden Umgebung!

Conveniently located stylish oasis

From here you can reach Munich's city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as the Oktoberfest easily by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 min. The Allianz Arena is just as easy to get to by public transport. For further excursions we recommend the largest spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park as well as exploring many swimming lakes. Apartment in a quiet location

The apartment is on the first floor of the family house. Next to it is our riding stable and nature (meadows, forest and the lake). The sofa can be folded out to a sofa bed where 2 children or one adult can sleep. If necessary, a large, cozy folding mattress (1.20 m wide, 15 cm thick) can be added. It is 3 km to the train station in Tutzing. By train you can get to Munich in 30 minutes and the mountains in the other direction. It is about 10 minutes to walk to the lake.

Our historic house is located close to a creek and is the perfect place for a break on the beautiful Ammersee. As a young family, we know what it means to go on vacation with small children and lots of luggage. That's why we want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. From our own parking lot, ground-level entrance, crib and baby chair to a stationary changing table, we have placed great importance on things that are also important to us on our own trips.
