Cosy entire guest suite & garden in small village

Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Beechwood Studio - quiet, cosy, close to town

Ideal studio for a single, a couple or a parent and child over 5 years. Cosy, quiet, with access to garden, 10 minutes walk to the fantastic town of Frome! Bed-sitting area, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette, separate entrance. A beautiful walk through the protected Rodden Meadows brings you into the town centre, full of independent shops and renowned performance venue The Cheese and Grain. Stylish Self Contained FlatLet.

Welcome to The Stylish FlatLet Westbury Wiltshire. Please note we have one double zip link bed which can be separated into two single beds if requested. The FlatLet is annexed to our home and is totally self contained and private from the main house, with its own separate front door and enclosed private patio area Lots of nearby attractions such as Longleat Safari Park, The Historic White Horse, Bath and Salisbury. Recommended eatery's, takeaways etc....all listed in the House Manual.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this quirky space surrounded by nature and on the doorstep of Longleat, Longleat Forest, Center Parcs and Wind Hill B1kepark. The space provides a double bed, seating area, quirky shower, separate toilet with sink, wifi, tv with Netflix and outside seating area overlooking our garden backed by fields. An ideal location for visiting Longleat, Center Parcs, Wind Hill B1kepark, Heavens Gate, Sheerwater, Stone Henge, the Heritage City of Bath and much much more.

Tucked on a hill with stunning views across the valley, and surrounded by beautiful countryside, close to Shearwater lakes, wonderful walks & great cycle paths on the edge of the beautiful Longleat Estate. Positioned between the historic cities of Bath, Salisbury and Wells and a stones throw from great independent shops, pubs, galleries & award winning eateries. Ideally located to enjoy Longleat Safari Park, walk the Gorge at Cheddar or take a trip to the coast by car or train.

Iris’s Annexe, self contained nr Longleat and Bath

This private self contained annexe was built around 6 years ago but has been completely redecorated and newly furnished. We are a 15 minute drive to Longleat and the Safari Park. We are located in Westbury which has excellent train links to Bath, Salisbury, Bristol and London so you can explore the wonderful area. Bath is a 30 minute car journey as is Stonehenge. Salisbury is a 45 minute drive. The annexe has its own private entrance so you can come and go as you please.

Numerous attractions including cheddar gorge, Wookey hole and stourhead gardens The Jurassic coast is approx 1hr 20 min away by car If bringing cycles it is possible to store cycles in owners barn/shed

Luxury country retreat with its own garden and free parking right outside, away from the city bustle, yet quite close. Enjoy the stylish decor, comfy Super King bed, great shower room, L'Occitane toiletries, quality linen and a compact kitchen. The little barn is in a very quiet area and fully independent. Relax in our countryside cottage surrounded by gardens and fields. The coach house is in the grounds of Grade 2 listed old rectory but is entirely detached and private from the main house. Just a short drive to attractions like Longleat, Stonehenge and Centre Parks. Close to the beautiful city of Bath and arty towns of Bruton and Frome with their galleries, cafe-life and independent shops. The Cabin at Laverton, near Bath, rural setting.

The perfect place for year round breaks. The cabin is extremely comfortable, fully insulated and finished to a high standard. It has it's own patio area and guests are free to sit by the pond and enjoy the wildlife. Beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Countless walks & cycling routes. Historic Bath city centre is just eight miles away, with Bradford on Avon, Longleat and the artisan town of Frome even closer. We also have two friendly cats.

The Barn is set within the countryside of Wiltshire and it was fully refurbished in 2019. It is located within the 3 acre grounds of Willow Grange, which borders Somerset. The Barn overlooks paddocks and is surrounded by trees and fields. It is the perfect location to visit Bath, Stonehenge, Longleat & other local towns & villages such as Frome, Lacock & Salisbury. With direct train links from Westbury to London. Unfortunately we are strictly no pets.
