This is freshly renovated 2 bedroom, one bath duplex home. With all brand new furniture and appliances, tasteful decorations, a 72 inch tv with sound bar and sub, you may not want to leave! We are in a downtown location, a block from Restaurants, hotels and shopping, it’s the perfect location for business or pleasure. We are one block off of highway 120/108, so it’s convenient, but at rush hour you’ll likely hear some traffic. Washer/dryer in the garage. Please leave your shoes at the door.

Cottage at the Broken Branch

Experience the historic Gold Country and Yosemite national park staying in this newly renovated 1800s mining cabin. Originally built in the late 1800s for the miners of the Crystal Rock mine, the cottage now has heat, air conditioning, highspeed wifi, a kitchen, and bathroom. The Broken Branch is a small working ranch, so the beautiful sunrise views include several horses, donkeys, and goats. It's about an hour and a half to Yosemite and only minutes from downtown Columbia and Sonora.

Separate Apartment!!! The Sturdy Ranchette

This is a great COVID SAFE separate studio apartment on my property. We are located outside of Modesto/Riverbank, on the path to Yosemite National Park. This space is perfect for traveling nurses or medical professionals. Due to the COVID19 pandemic, I have intensified my cleaning/sanitizing per Air B&B protocols. My son and I maintain the room and property. Feel free to wander the yard and meditate. I just completed a full remodel of the back yard and it is extremely peaceful here.

The high ceilings and open floor plan make it the perfect place to enjoy your time with friends and family. The home is centrally located in Modesto in a quiet and developed area. Cozy, newly remodeled and well located, our guesthouse is a great place to stay. We put lots of thought and care in designing a space that people will truly enjoy. We are located in the heart of the beautiful College neighborhood, walkable to Roseburg Square shops and food as well as the Virginia Trail. We are close to downtown and have plenty of street parking, as well as a side gate with driveway that goes right up to the guest house.

1 bedroom apartment with its own entrance. Sofa folds into a standard bed. 2-3 adults maximum. Heat/cool system. TV, no cable. NO STOVE OR OVEN. WIFI available. Washer/Dryer in apartment for guest. Kitchenette with dishes and towels. Two miles from the 99 freeway and downtown dining/entertainment. Only hours from San Francisco, Yosemite, or Dodge Ridge Ski Resort.
