A house with a garden close to the center

We invite you to our house with a garden. Downstairs we have a living room with a fireplace, a dining room with a large table, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub. In the attic there is one large room and a bathroom with shower. The house is located in a quiet area, close to Lake Rusałka, 6 km from the center, 300 m to the stop. We provide bicycles. In the garden you can relax on the terrace and make a barbecue. There's a sandbox and a treehouse. Parking for 2 cars. WIFI available.

PLEASE REFER TO THE OFFER DESCRIPTION 😊 I invite you to a flat in the Old Town district- on Szyperska Street. The area is safe and quiet. There is a bakery and shops (Żabka, Biedronka) by the block. The Old Market Square, Ostrów Tumski, the river and the Citadel are in close proximity. There is a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen available for guests + free wi-fi. Smoking is not allowed! From the building you can easily walk to the main attractions :)

New studio with balcony and mezzanine in a revitalized tenement house in the city center, next to the University of Arts. A few minutes to the Old Market. Good access by tram from the Main Station and the airport. There's an elevator in the building. The tenement house was the scene of a crime in Richard Ćwirlej's crime novel You Have It Like a Bank.
