The Spruce Nest

Stay in a historic home in old town Steamboat Springs built 1907. We have added an entry, dining room, master bedroom and bath and powder bath. However, we have kept the original two-story home in tact, similar to the early 1900's. We even used original wood from the walls to accent the exterior. In the process of remodeling, we have found many historic items of earlier days - an old shoe & many small items that are on display. Within walking distance of downtown. (Please read Show More)

3 bedroom quiet duplex pets welcome

Beautiful views of downtown, sleeping giant and the ski mountain. This place is 2 miles from the city center, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. You will love the open floor plan, the location, the ambiance, and the quiet neighborhood. We allow kids and pets with no additional fees. With that comes minor wear and tear on the property. We host bands on weekends for our music venue Schmiggity's and we are 420 friendly which means we allow our guest to smoke marijuana legally indoors.

Beautiful 1 bedroom (King), 1.5 bathroom Townhome on Walton Creek. Enjoy this tranquil setting along Walton Creek with amazing views of Ski Area and surrounding wetlands. This is the perfect place for couples (or small families) with 1 quiet well behaved dog. Townhome includes a well supplied full kitchen, TV, WiFi, double sofa sleeper & easy parking. The location is close to skiing at Mt Werner, bike path along the Yampa River and is on the bus line for convenience to shops and restaurants.

It is across the street from Stahley Park, which gives you access to the Spring Creek Trailhead prime for MTB and running. It is walking and biking distance to Lincoln Ave, where you can enjoy all the great shopping and restaurants that Steamboat has to offer. You are a short bike to the Emerald MT trails, which are amazing for MTB.

The Yampa River and summer Farmer's Market are a half block from the townhouse and Lincoln Road is a half block away in the other direction. You can walk to restaurants, shopping, fishing, hiking, bike trails. Minutes from the Mt. Werner resort! Free bus service available, just a 1 block walk. We have a private, secure ski locker at Mt. Werner for our townhome guests.

West Side Duplex- 3BD/ 2BA, Pet Friendly

West Side Duplex is in Steamboat's Riverside neighborhood, six miles from Steamboat Ski Resort and on the SST Free Bus System. It is also close to the Yampa River, Emerald Mountain, and Downtown Steamboat Springs. Yampa River Core Trail is 1/4 mile away. The neighborhood and duplex are quiet and private, but the outside decks and areas are shared with the owners, their Chihuahua mix and four cats.
