The bright, spacious, very modernly furnished and stylishly furnished apartment (approx. 95 m²) with 2 balconies is centrally located directly on the waterfront of Friedrichshafen and very close to the train station, restaurants, beer gardens, bakery, supermarkets, harbor and the pedestrian zone. One is in about 1 minute walk on the shore of Lake Constance and at the Beach Club. It is only about 4 km to the fair and the airport. An underground parking space is included in the price. Fast WiFi is available.

Bright, modern apartment in Langenargen

Modern, bright, stylishly furnished 1 room apartment with bathroom and south-facing balcony, is on the 1st floor of our house. It is about 1 km away from Lake Constance. Shore promenade, shopping, cafes, and restaurants are close by. Within the village, everything is within walking distance or by bike. On foot: Train station 8 min Bakery for breakfast 10 min. Norma 5 min Natural swimming beach that invites you to swim 15 minutes. Trade fair visit by car 10 min. Bicycle rental is possible in the resort

In the Heart of the Island

In the bedroom there is a king size bed, a wardrobe, a table with two chairs and 2 side boards with the light on top. The second bedroom is created in the living room/dining room as the sofa is converted in to a double bed (140x190)cm and an extra mattress, makes it very comfy. When the apartment is occupied from only 2 guests, then, it is a complete 1 floor apartment, with no neighbors, with a bedroom of 180x200cm double bed, a living room/dining room, a complete kitchen and a bathroom.

This completely newly renovated, high quality furnished approx. 65m2 attic apartment is centrally located in the city center of Bregenz. Shops, restaurants, cafés, the world-famous Kunsthaus, the Theater am Kornmarkt, the Vorarlberg Museum and the lake are just a 2-minute walk away. This well-kept living-bedroom apartment in an old building is centrally located and offers a cozy comfort. A private parking lot is available free of charge. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen and bathroom with shower. In the sleeping area there is a very high-quality pull-out bed and another sofa which can be used as an additional single bed. Beautiful outdoor patio is available. Also there is space to keep your bicycles, ski equipment if needed.
