Bring the whole family to this comfy lake house with a 'home away from home' feeling. Lots of indoor and outdoor space for fun, relaxation, swimming, fishing; equipped for adults and kids alike. Tucked away on the bay on Lake Champlain, and bordering the national wildlife park, there's no need to worry about cars or noisy neighbors; very safe environment. Brand-new house steps away from downtown and lake!

Enjoy everything Burlington has to offer in this brand-new, cozy, stylish cottage. This adorable house was completed in January of 2023 and has a master bedroom plus a sleeping loft, as well as a full-sized bathroom, washer and dryer, and parking. The dining/living area has a partial view of Lake Champlain! You're tucked away on a quiet residential street near a park & playground but are just a 10-minute walk to downtown and a 5-minute walk to the lakefront and a gorgeous shoreline bike path.

Flamingo Cottage

A quiet lake front cottage close to many Vermont attractions. Located next to Lake Hortonia Dam the sound of falling water will provide a relaxing backdrop to your getaway. You can prepare your own meals or dine out at several excellent restaurants. Great place for Kayaking and Leaf Peeping. Now have trash service for renters. Depending on the weather the road leading up to my road requires four wheel drive. When it is plowed it is passable but requires care. It is a dirt road up a hill.

This quiet, charming neighborhood is a treasure. Lake Champlain , on the 14 mile bike path. Bikes available. microwave, small fridge, toaster oven, Keurig coffeemaker provided, Wifi, HD Smart TV, Netflix , Amazon Prime, DVD, Roku, HuluTV, CD player, screened in front porch. Locking gate at the top of the stairs.There is not a kitchen. Not recommended for guests who what to cook. Two bedrooms one full bath and one half bath. LGBTQ always welcome. Well behaved doggie parents and dogs allowed.

Magical cabin with amazing views

100 year old , freshly renovated cabin that is in the middle of five 100 year old apple trees with incredible Mountain View’s. The cabin sits 100ft uphill from my 1842 brick farmhouse and is surrounded by apples trees, an ancient elm tree, fields and my berry patches. The huge deck has a dining table, lots of seating and and outdoor shower. Off the side of the deck are two claw foot bathtubs with hot and cold water for you to soak in. Note, tubs aren’t usable during the freezing months.

Cheerful 5-bedroom house offered by Lakeside Haven

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun over looking Shadow Lake with access to the beach with a short walk. Skiers and Snowmobiles at welcome all winter with VAST trails access and several X-country and down hill skiing facilities with in 1 hour drive.
