Large architect-designed villa by Lake Mälaren, with magnificent views and your own dock, large hot tub and two saunas. The house is 250 sqm and has five bedrooms, 12 beds, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Large hot tub for 7 people (winter heated), wood-fired sauna on the jetty, electric sauna indoors. When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. Perfect for a luxury spa weekend or a creative meeting with the colleagues at the company.

Welcome to this nice villa in Laggarhult Katrineholm. The villa is a modern house with kitchen, living room, 6 bedrooms (of which 1 room also has a sofa bed), 2 bathrooms with shower. Glazed outdoor space, stoves, 1 hot tub. outside. The kitchen is fully equipped. Free Wifi included. Other things note. Don't forget to bring your own bedclothes. You can easily check in at the house using a code for the door that we send. We would like you to let us know upon arrival no earlier than 3pm and check out at 11am.

It is a brand new (2023) ecological house with a calm and clean character with a ceiling height of 5 meters. The house is characterized by a space of air in combination with a large size photography collection on the walls. Dining area for the whole family on the wooden deck outside. Free parking for one car. It’s a quiet neighborhood about 5 km from Stockholm town, it takes 11 minutes by subway or less than 20 minutes by bike. It is about 1 km to Lake Mälaren's natural areas and beaches.
