The 60 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as children's books and toys. This vacation rental features a shared open terrace for relaxed evenings. Public transport links are located within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street.

Relax with the whole family in 2 cozy double rooms, as well as a living room and bedroom, in a 90 sqm apartment in the basement of our beautiful wooden house in the idyllic district of Rübgarten. The spacious garden offers many inviting places around the house and merges seamlessly and without a fence directly into the Schönbuch Nature Reserve. Please note: access is via the metal staircase (see photos). No barrier-free entrance to the apartment is possible!

In the middle of Stuttgart and yet in countryside

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.

The slightly different room

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Ideal for a relaxing overnight stay after a strenuous hike or bike ride. However, the really small room is not suitable for a longer stay as there is no TV or a comfortable sofa. The spacious double bed is right at the entrance and fills almost the entire room (see pictures)

Very nice, newly renovated in 2018 and lovingly furnished attic apartment with underfloor heating and balcony (south side). 105 square meters of living space for 2-4 people.
