Experience the amazing sand dunes on the walking trails or a walk along the beach.

New Cottage Good Spirit Lake

Are you looking for the perfect summer get away? Imagine yourself having coffee on the back deck facing the golf course right before you head out for your morning round of golf or head off to the beach or a day of boating. As the day comes to an end have some beverages on the deck watching the golfers go by while making your favorite meal on the gas BBQ or pellet smoker. You can spend the evening around the firepit reminiscing the days events while roasting marshmallows over an open fire.

One of a kind 5 star property. 3 NIGHT STAY MIN

Private acreage located on 3 quarter sections of wildlife lands only steps from the forest at the very north end of the road. A prime location for hunting, snowmobiling, quadding and just relaxation. There are trails available entering the forest to the north and groomed snowmobile trail only 2 miles south. This is a five star property with the 2nd floor area the master bedroom with ensuite, control 4 audio/video system throughout interior and extior, wifi and satellite tv. A true gem!!!

The Milette House is the finest place to stay in Preeceville offering designer amenities for discerning adults ... conveniently located in the center of town and the larger Community. When built in 1968 it was one of the nicest homes in town. Now after a $250,000 renovation to re-design and re-build it on the interior while retaining its original exterior - kinda - you can spend your time here when visiting our Community. Sorry, no children, this is an adult house.
