Welcome to the south of Stuttgart! The apartment - on the 5th floor with a wonderful view over Stuttgart's south - is very quiet and located near Marienplatz. Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Enjoy the pleasant life in this quiet and centrally located ground floor accommodation. The apartment has one bedroom with double bed, kitchen, dining area and bathroom. Top location, cul-de-sac with a park, view of the countryside. Very good transport connection by public transport, 30 min to airport/trade fair, 5 min to central train station. On foot you are in 10 min directly in the center/Schlossplatz.Very many restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity.

Walking distance to downtown in a quiet street, this, British-style small room (13m2) is set in a guesthouse with a total of 6 rooms. It offers a high-quality double box spring bed, closet, table and chair, "hospitality tray", a large flat screen TV and of course high-speed WiFi as well as a modern, private small bathroom. Sunny apartment with spacious living-dining area and bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a dishwasher, freezer, oven and hob. The metro (Peregrinastr.) is only 100m away. By train or car / taxi it is 10 min. to downtown, trade fair and airport. The bed is 180 x 200 cm (king size). The sofa bed is also 180 x 200 (king size) W-Lan, bed linen and towels are available. Two cribs and a high chair are available.

If you are looking for a well-located, functional and clean place to stay, our simple little apartment is just right for you. Please note that Stuttgart is hilly. The apartment is very close to the main train station, but significantly higher. We therefore advise against walking from there with luggage, as the difference in altitude is approx. 100m.
