Der 1937 erstmals erwähnte und später erbaute Hof von Donnerschwee liegt im Nordosten der Stadt Oldenburg und war das erste Siedlungshaus am Platz. Der Stadtteil Donnerschwee ist aus einem alten Bauerndorf hervorgegangen, das vermutlich seit dem 9. Jahrhundert bestand. Die Umgebung besticht durch seine Nähe zu den Donnerschweer Wiesen und seinen wunderschönen Rad- und Spazierwegen. Trotzdem sind die alltäglichen Dinge des Bedarfs innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß oder per pedes erreichbar.

On the banks of our natural pond is our cozy wooden cottage. It is reminiscent of a holiday in Sweden... to put on the icing on the cake, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget about the stresses of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small grove. Ideal for bike lovers. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

Welcome in our house by the sea! In 2019, we completely renovated these beautiful cottage. The rooms are bright, modern and cozy. The organic infrared heater meets the latest standard and makes everything cuddly warm during the cold season. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.

Dear guests, I'm glad you discovered my apartment. The apartment is located in the central location of Leer (East Frisia) and is therefore ideal if you want to explore the city on foot. The apartment is part of a house but demarcated and with its own entrance. It's located on the backward, quiet upper floor of the house. The apartment is accessible by stairs that have no handrail!
