Our tastefully and cozily furnished house is located on the gentle slopes of the Southeast Styrian hills, surrounded by vineyards, flower meadows, fruit trees and forests. Fantastic views in an absolute quiet location near the South Styrian Wine Road ("Styrian Tuscany") with their bush taverns and top wines. The spas and fortified castles of the volcanic country are also around the corner. A wonderful place for relaxed days or creative weeks away from the hustle and bustle.

Relax, let go, recharge your batteries in a simple living area - all very open - kitchen, living room, sleeping area, bathroom, toilet approx. 80 m2. Sparsam furnished, space for yoga and other exercises that do us good. Sitting out well on the small balcony and enjoying the view over the hill country Paths through woods and meadows surround the former vineyard. A natural swimming pond can be reached on foot in 25 minutes. Bike paths pass through the surrounding area.

Kellerstöckl in Styrian volcano land

The light-filled Kellerstöckl is located on a sunny, quiet wine slope in the Styrian volcanic country. The spa town of Bad Radkersburg is at a distance of only 12 km. Built in stone, the original part of the Kellerstöck is well over 100 years old, complementing a modern construction made of wood and glass, creating a perfect symbiosis of rusticity and modernity. The exceptionally beautiful view over the vineyards to our neighboring country Slovenia is also convincing.

The 70m² big house is located at a bike path and hiking path and it´s the perfect place to enjoy your vacation with up to 5 people. For free time activities there are many cultural and culnary experiences. There is the "Thermal spring Bad Gleichenberg for calming. For the athletics is the horse farm next door the perfect place to ride with fun through the beautiful landscapes of the vulcan-land and to be in harmony with the natur and the animals.
