Very quiet with great views

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet space. Located at 460 m above sea level 4 km from the village of Sankt Paul in the Lavanttal surrounded by forest and meadows in the beautiful Granitztal. The house is located at the end of a street so there is no traffic noise. A living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet are available. In front of the entrance is a terrace with table and armchairs, as well as 100m² meadow fenced (ideal for dogs).

Apfelhaus

Our Apfelhaus is based in Wagna, close to Leibnitz. It is the right place, if you want to exploe the Südsteiermark. It is just a short walk to reach the next bus stop or the train station. That is the best way to drive to graz without a car. If you want to visit a lokal buschenschank, a winery, the roman town or the lovely city of Leibnitz, you can take the bike.

Charming guesthouse on the edge of the forest in an alpine location

Find a quiet nature experience – get off at a time PS: We also have a new second property in the location ("Loft on the edge of the forest with a view"). Our farm is located on a slope towards the west at 800 meters above sea level, surrounded by its own meadows, pastures and forests. There is peace and solitude here. Guest charging station available.
