Large Victorian home one block from the center of town in Cape Charles. One of only a handful of rentals with FIVE bedrooms. Features renovated bathrooms w/ oversized showers and endless hot water. Walking distance to beach, park, restaurants, shops and more. Large three-story layout with living room, dining room, kitchen, three porches and nine beds. Kitchen is equipped and linens are included. The house is completely outfitted - with high speed internet, Apple TV, YouTube TV and Sonos Stereo.

Cape Charles cottage, family friendly, in town

Welcome to Cape Charles Cottage in the historic district! We are 6 blocks to the beach and 4 blocks to Mason ave (shops, restaurants). The town is very walkable or golf cartable…you can rent ours! We can host up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and a bonus room with a daybed w trundle that pulls to side by side twins. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the others share a hall bath with a tub/shower. Kitchen is fully equipped, fenced yard, outdoor shower,fire pit, grill & shed with beach gear.

Bay Lake is decorated in a coastal farmhouse style. Master bedroom w/ en-suite offers a queen bed. BR2 offers a queen bed. Finally, BR3 offers a twin over full bunk bed. The property backs up to Lake Holly and is a three story duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is located on a secluded deadend street so you wont have to deal with beach traffic and their is dedicated parking. Completely remodeled in 2021. 3bedrooms 2.5 bath Less than a mile to ocean. Ranch house, deck out back , large fenced yard. Large kitchen, easy parking close to the beach. Close to oceanfront, boardwalk, restaurants, whole foods, trader joes, target, walmart etc No parties, events, or gatherings, only 9 people allowed at house at any time.
