two story fully furnished executive luxury home 10 minutes from Perth CBD, and Crown Perth Casino (Burswood), 20 min by very regular bus to domestic airport. Own private room and ensuite. Private separate entry if required. Bus and Train within 5 minute walk, beautiful Swan River 5 minute bicycle path immediately out front of house which provides direct access to river, Perth CBD, which is a max 20 min ride away. An additional room may be available at extra cost, TV and wireless broadband available free of charge. Pool (heated in summer) and separate spa. Outdoor alfresco kitchen and bbq area overlooking pool for guest use. Up stairs lounge area. A large upstairs balcony with Perth city glimpses One minute walk to bus stop. Shops, cafes and delicatessens close by.. Continental breakfast incl. I have four grown up children who no longer live at home, all of whom are married I currently have 8 grandchildren who are occasional visitors to my home. I like to meet new people am very friendly. Self contained stand alone studio room. Ensuite bathroom, mini kitchen, queen bed, single bed, writing desk , small sitting area. Access to laundry adjacent. NOTE: minor dishes must be washed in laundry. no running water in mini kitchen. Teas coffee, simple cereals etc. Good lighting, air-conditioning, fan. Mini kitchen has bar fridge, kettle, toaster, induction cooktop, microwave, iron and ironing board, quality furniture, high raked ceilings, private entrance. Parking on front verge.
