Stylish 3 bed cottage minutes from the town & sea

We’ve successfully rented our holiday home for many years. Perfectly placed for town & beach but tucked away from the main roads and ideal to explore southwold. We have a sunny courtyard with bbq & seating area where you can also park your car. The front door opens into an open plan lounge kitchen/diner with seperate utility leading to a single bedroom. Upstairs is a large bedroom with zip n link king bed, a double bedroom with sliding privacy panels with en-suite, & separate family bathroom.

75 Broadlands, the one on the left, is a bright and modern two bedroom holiday home in a peaceful holiday park situated next to a nature reserve and Oulton Broad. Number 76 Broadlands (on the right) is also available to book through the same owner. Decking area with outdoor furniture Own parking space Quiet, secluded location for a relaxing stay Lovely countryside walks, ideal for dog walkers Restaurant/bar on site. Numerous bars, restaurants and pubs nearby. Beach is a 10 minute drive.

Dreamers Cottage is perfectly located, right in the heart of Southwold. Short breaks throughout the year, with a minimum stay of just 2 nights even in high season. The cottage is just steps from the beach, with its traditional colourful beach huts, and so central to Southwold's fantastic cafés, deli's, restaurants, famous pubs & independent shops. Despite all this, the cottage is quiet and not overlooked. Absolutely no pets ever - so allergies are safe.
