Feel good in the heart of Nienburg (Weser)

We offer cozy guest rooms in our house. These are located in our lovingly furnished sewing cafe right next to the large converted water tower. You can quickly reach the train station (about a 2-minute walk) to the city center /old town with the most beautiful weekly market in Europe (about 8 minutes' walk) or on the Weser cycle path. This proximity characterizes the location of our house and is ideal for a break as a couple, solo cyclists, cyclists, trade fair visitors (Hanover) and much more.

Our guest apartment is located in the middle of the Bremer Neustadt and is therefore very centrally located. The apartment is located in the basement of a historic Bremen merchant villa from 1895. We recently renovated the apartment in 2018 and lovingly furnished it. Within walking distance you can explore the beautiful city of Bremen. In the immediate vicinity you will find many shopping, the daily weekly market, restaurants, bars, cafes, swimming pool, and much more.

Entire floor in a green farmhouse

Our guests have the upper floor with 90 sqm to themselves. A small second front door leads up. There is a kitchen-living room, a large bedroom with 160 cm double bed, another room with 140 cm double bed, the fireplace room, a small balcony and a bathroom with tub and shower. On the ground floor I live with my friend and our 3 CATS, I can't rule out that the curious fur residents visit you in case you have the door open for too long.

The apartment with its own entrance and terrace is located in a quiet side street in the heart of Bremen. Beautiful studio central

The studio ( approx. 60 m²) is on the 2nd floor of our house. In the living room there is a cozy sofa bed, which can be converted to a 140 bed. In addition, there are two 160 wide beds at the rear of the apartment, this area can be separated with a curtain. There is a kitchenette with oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. and small nice shower room.
