Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in diesem ruhigen, stilvollen Holzbau-Bungalow mitten in Beinwil am See. Die Fassade des Hauses wurde nach der traditionellen japanischen Yakisugi-Methode erbaut. Im Innenbereich schaffen die Holzwände/-decken ein angenehmes Raumklima. Die 70m² Wohnfläche sind offen gestaltet und über zwei Stockwerke verteilt. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Panoramafenster und grosszügiger Terrasse/Balkon (20m²) mit Sicht auf den See.

Enjoy relaxing days on the Höri Peninsula in a pleasant atmosphere. The small house is located in a quiet street, about 300 meters from Lake Constance & beach. The sunny garden is fully fenced & is therefore also suitable for families with small children. Charming country house at Lake Constance

Country life at its best... relax and enjoy the view to the lake, sip on a glass of wine on the balcony, cook a lovely meal in the kitchen with all modern appliances. The listed house was build by winegrowers in the 18th century. It has been restored over the last five years, showing many original features. As a result it has a very special feeling, also thanks to its unique position with views to Switzerland.
